1. 2021 ENLISTED PRE-CRITICAL TASK SITE SELECTION SURVEY FOR PVT-SFC AND
THEIR FIRST LINE SUPERVISORS. The AG School is excited to announce the
launching of the 2021 Enlisted Pre-Critical Task Site Selection Survey
for PVT-SFC, and their first line supervisors which will be opened for
the period 27 January – 19 February 2021. This survey is the field's
voice to the schoolhouse on what tasks are critical to performance for
Enlisted Soldiers (PVT-SFC) within CMF 42. The results of this survey
will directly drive the identification of those tasks that should be
considered as critical to performing your job, and thereby should be
trained in the AG School. Every enlisted Soldier possessing MOS 42A
should take this short (10-15 minute) survey to help identify those
tasks. The direct supervisor (military and civilian) of a 42A Soldier
should also take the survey to ensure that the supervisor's voice is
heard in selecting tasks critical in the operational Army. The survey

2. IPPS-A COUNSEL OF COLONELS - JANUARY 2021. Attached (at the following
link) is the slide deck for IPPS-A's monthly Council of Colonels
meeting that took place on 28JAN2021. HR leaders across the US Army

3. TRANSITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TAP) NAME CHANGE. On 26 October 2020,
the Army-G1 approved the name change of the Army’s Transition Assistance
Program from SFL-TAP to TAP. The strategic objectives of the name
change include raising awareness of TAP's successes; increasing support
for and participation in the program; re-inspiring leaders, clients, and
team members through education; and repositioning TAP to differentiate
itself from other programs. The newly rebranded Transition Assistance
Program (TAP) has been developed on a foundation that places the

4. USAREUR-AF DEFENDER EUROPE 21 HUMAN RESOURCE REHEARSAL OF CONCEPT
(ROC) DRILL. On 05 February 2021, 1700 CET (1100 EST), USAREUR-AF G1 and
21 TSC will host a HR ROC drill in preparation for DE21. Unit G1/S1s
participating in DE21 will brief the USAREUR-AF G1 on their respective
unit’s pre-deployment, deployment, and redeployment plans during the HR
