3. USE OF THE SMARTVOUCHER FOR PROCESSING PCS VOUCHERS. From USAFMCOM:
The SmartVoucher initiative is an Internet-based, CAC-enabled system
that guides Soldiers through completing a PCS or TCS (non-DTS) travel
voucher. The SmartVoucher Workflow is a turbo tax-like program that
walks the Soldier, step by step, through completing the DD Form 1351-2,
Travel Voucher. SmartVoucher can be found on myPay. If the Soldier is at
a location where SmartVoucher is not fully functionality yet, then the
Soldier will get a pdf version of the voucher which they can digitally
sign and submit through Travel Voucher Direct or turn in to S1 with the

b. “ARMY-21: BRIGADE COMBAT TEAMS” MULTIMEDIA, INTERACTIVE-LEARNING
TOOL. Army-21 is designed to give leaders and Soldiers an immersive

team (BCT) organization, key tasks, and combined arms team integration.
Currently designed at the BCT level, the Center for Army Lessons Learned
development team is expanding the tool to incorporate division and

Infantry, Stryker) with information on task organization, composition of
