1. DD FORM 93, RECORD OF EMERGENCY DATA, TUTORIAL. The U.S. Army Human Resources Command Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations Division - The Adjutant General Directorate provides a video tutorial to inform Soldiers about the importance of updating their DD 93 each year. The DD 93 is used to designate beneficiaries for certain benefits, and provide the Soldier's command with the names and addresses of the people the Soldier desires to be notified in case of emergency or death. 3. FEMA POLICY: COVID-19 FUNERAL ASSISTANCE.
