From Army ACCESS: HQ ACCESS will conduct a two-week (5-19 May 2021)
tuition assistance (TA) limited user test (LUT) in ArmyIgnitED to test
functionality of the system. The following Soldiers have been
identified as LUT participants and will be able to access the TA program
in ArmyIgnitED and submit TA Requests between 5 and 19 May 2021: Active
Duty Soldiers stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord and Fort Bragg,
National Guard Soldiers in AR, AL, MO, MS, TX, and LA units, and Army
Reserve Soldiers in AZ, CA, NM, NV and OK units. To ensure that
ArmyIgnitED functionality is working correctly, Soldiers participating
in the LUT should submit TA Requests only for classes with start dates

updates and guidance for issue of the Female Improved Outer Tactical
Vest (FIOTV). The increase of females within the close combat forces
(CCF) requires body armor designed to better fit and protect the female
form. The Army currently issues the FIOTV to female Soldiers, and the
Modular Scalable Vest (MSV), which is designed to adjust to all body
types, is in low rate initial production and will begin fielding to all
CCF units in FY22. The FIOTV will remain the bridging solution for
