1. PROCESSING CRITICAL SKILL INCENTIVE PAY (CSIP) FOR ELIGIBLE UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS (UAS) PLATFORM SOLDIERS MOS 15C & 15W. From the FORSCOM G-1: There is a significant issue throughout the Army with eligible Soldiers in MOS 15C (MQ-1 Operator) and 15W (UAS Operator) being certified to receive UAS CSIP. Based on the Dec 21 FORSCOM Aviation Report, only 29% of eligible Soldiers Army-wide are receiving the pay. This shows 71% of UAS CSIP eligible population in US Army for MOS 15C and 15W are still not getting their paperwork for CSIP pay processed on timely manner. To resolve this delay in processing, FORSCOM G-3/7 Aviation provided the documents at the following link to assist the units timely and expedient processing of pay.
