2. USARC G1 MOBILIZATION FIELD GUIDE, 15 MAR 22, AND FAQ, 3 MAY 22. This
Mobilization (MOB) document provides Commanders and Staff the MOB
concepts, guidelines, procedures, tools, and responsibilities that drive
effective collaboration and coordination throughout an organization in
support of timely and effective decision-making. More importantly, it

3. NCO EVALUATION BOARD LPD SLIDES (AS OF 10 MAY 22). From the DA
Secretariat SGM: Here are the most recent Leader Professional
Development slides on the NCO Evaluation Board process with minor
updates. This is the slide deck I use to brief the process to the field.
I hope this gives clarity on how we conduct the NCO Evaluation Boards. I
am currently out processing Fort Knox and transitioning from the DA

4. UPDATED ARMY CREDENTIALING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM POLICY. From Army
Credentialing and Continuing Education Services for Soldiers (ACCESS):
Updates to the Army Credentialing Assistance (CA) Policy with an
effective date of 11 May 2022 is attached at the following link. This
policy addresses Service Obligations for Officers and Warrant Officers
and provides updated requirements for all Soldiers when submitting new

6. TAGD DATA CORRECTNESS APRIL 2022 RECOGNITION ROLL. From The Adjutant
General Directorate: Human Resources Command, The Adjutant General
Directorate, Field Services Division (FSD) leads the holistic
transformation of the Army HR community through IPPS-A fielding,
military pay migration, data management, and governance. FSD continues
to support the Data Correctness Strategy in support of IPPS-A. This
month, we highlight the top five organizations (with population over
8,500) and top three organizations (less than 3,000 population). These
G-1 and S1 Teams continue to demonstrate their commitment to data
accuracy while taking care of Soldiers' records and the daily mission:
US Army Recruiting Command, Eight Army, 7th Infantry Division, 1st
Armored Division and US Army Alaska. Also, excellent job to the top
three commands: Human Resources Command (100% eMILPO accuracy), Cadet
Command and First Army. Congratulations
to 4th Brigade Combat Team, 25th ID, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st AD

7. ARMY EMERGENCY RELIEF CAMPAIGN EXTENDED TO 30 JUNE 22. From the Army
G-9: Army Emergency Relief’s Annual Fund-Raising Campaign has been
extended to 30 June 22. HQDA EXORD 058-22 (FRAGO 1) The Army Emergency
Relief was published 7 May 22 announcing the extension. The intent of
the campaign is to ensure every soldier is made fully aware of the AER
assistance available to them and offered an opportunity to participate
with a donation. The VCSA approved the extension after learning of the

promotion selection beginning with the July 2022 promotion month.
Because not all SSG on the OML are immediately eligible for promotion
selection, the list includes the earliest date an NCO is otherwise
eligible for promotion selection. This date is the first date an NCO
meets the minimum eligibility criteria (time in grade and time in
service) for promotion to Sergeant First Class (SFC) provided they are

announcement that the war in Afghanistan is over. The award of the
Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal (GWOT-EM) is hereby
