225-21 COVID-19 STEADY STATE OPERATIONS (CUI), DTG: 081800Z Jul 22. This
FRAGO provides guidance on the following: Read and comply with the DoD
Consolidated Playbook--Revision 1 (new Annex RRRR), dated 29 June 2022,
reporting requirement for HQDA, DCS G-1 to publish a bi-weekly COVID-19
Command reporting source systems of record compliance report, and
commands must update the source systems of record for COVID-19

2. CONSOLIDATED DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 FORCE
HEALTH PROTECTION GUIDANCE - REVISION 1, 29 JUN 22. Effectively
immediately, sections 7.4 and 7.5 of the, "Consolidated Department of
Defense Coronavirus Disease 2019 Force Health Protection Guidance," are
amended as attached at the following link. The changes to sections 7.4
and 7.5 align the DoD travel testing requirement with the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention, "Rescinding Requirement for Negative
PreDeparture COVID-19 Test Result or Documentation of Recovery from
COVID-19 for all Airline or Other Aircraft Passengers Arriving into the
United States from Any Foreign Country," effective June 12, 2022. See

a. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 22-15, JUN 2022 UNIT PAY REPORTS. The
Jun 2022 Unit Commander’s Pay Management Report (UCPMR) and the Jun 2022
Master Military Pay Account (MMPA) 2405 reports are available in RLAS

b. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 22-16, USAR TAX DEFERRED BALANCE DUE.
DoD deferred OASDI/Social Security tax collections for most military
from Sep 2020 to Dec 2020. DFAS was able to collect most of the
deferred collections in 2021 for Soldiers; however, some Soldiers still
have debts remaining. DFAS plans to notify these members starting next
week, 11 July 2022, via SmartDoc with their invoice encouraging them to
pay their balance due using the payDFAS mobile application. Please
notify your Soldiers immediately of the possibility of receiving the
message so they can: 1) Confirm legitimacy of this email/invoice when

and computer support to Geographic Combatant Commanders and Army
Service Component Commanders. These unique opportunities are available
for self-motivated NCOs who possess unwavering character and seek

CONUS, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Korea, or Hawaii. For consideration,
