1. ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NEW
ARMY DISASTER PERSONNEL ACCOUNTABILITY AND ASSESSMENT SYSTEM (ADPAAS)
MOBILE APPLICATIONS (APPLE/ANDROID). All ACOMs, ASCC, DRU, CCMDs, ARSTAF
Disaster Personnel Accountability Program Managers (DPAPMs), effective
immediately, the new mobile applications are available for download from
the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Before downloading the
mobile application, review Tab B (at following link) as it provides a
brief description on personnel accounting and assessing ADPAAS via the
mobile application. Tab C provides instructions on the download and
installation of the ADPAAS mobile application for Apple and Android.
Department of the Army-affiliated personnel are encouraged to download
and install the ADPAAS mobile application on their personal or
government mobile devices and update their ADPAAS profile contact
information to the most accurate contact information in the event of a

Operations Development Program (CNODP) class of 2026 The CNODP is
comprised of the System and Network Interdisciplinary Program (SNIP) and

capabilities and tools required for Computer Network Operations (CNO)

and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) is revoked. Army Senior Leaders decided
to delay the start date of IPPS-A, HR systems brownout. Systems did not
brownout as planned on Saturday, August 13, 2022. Legacy HR systems will
