4. U.S. ARMY RESERVE (USAR) POLICY AND PROCEDURES FOR MANDATORY REMOVAL DATE (MRD) MANAGEMENT FOR TROOP PROGRAM UNIT (TPU) OFFICERS AND WARRANT OFFICERS, 22 AUG 22. The purpose of this memorandum is to consolidate and update policies for the management of MRD for TPU officers and warrant officers. UPGRADED ARMYIGNITED PORTAL IS LAUNCHING FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE ON 29 AUGUST!  From Army ACCESS:  The upgraded ArmyIgnitED portal is launching on 29 August!  When launched, Soldiers will be able to request tuition assistance for Fiscal Year 2023, courses starting after 1 October 2022 using the upgraded portal.
