the HRC Military Schools Branch SGM: As the Military Schools Branch

2. GREETINGS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY SECRETARIAT SGM. I am
humbled and honored to take over as the new DA Secretariat SGM. It is my
intent to provide you, the field, the most accurate and up to date
information I can about Centralized Boards. I welcome all comments on
any of the discussion threads I post, and I will try to address all of
them. I have attached the most recent Noncommissioned Officer (NCO)
Evaluation Boards – Revised Definitions of Board Categories at the
following link. Additionally, I would like to remind the field that the
SGM/CSM Eval OMLs will be released in ACT on 21 September at 0730.
Sergeants Majors Course classes 72 and 73 will NOT receive a new OML on
21 September. Your current OML will stay into effect unit mid-June 2023.
Any class 72 students that are promoted before 1 July 2023 will not be
combined with class 72/73 OML numbers for promotion starting 1 July

3. USAR AMEDD CRITICAL WARTIME SHORTAGE LIST (CWSL), DATED 31 AUG 22.

Wartime Shortage List (CWSL), dated 31 Aug 2022. It is Army Reserve (AR)
policy to use incentives to attract and retain healthcare professionals
possessing or qualifying for training in critical skills needed to

4. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 22-21, U.S. ARMY RESERVE IMPLEMENTATION
GUIDANCE FOR RESERVE COMPONENT MATERNITY LEAVE (RCML) PROGRAM. The
Office of the Chief Army Reserve, G-1 issued implementation guidance for
the processing of Reserve Component Maternity Leave (RCML) program on 9
Sep 22. Soldiers must be in good standing of the Selected Reserve
(SELRES) and eligible to attend or participate in up to 12 Inactive Duty
Training (IDT) periods. The RCML benefit is effective 9 June 2022 for
