2. ARMY CREDENTIALING ASSISTANCE LAUNCHES IN ARMYIGNITED. The Army Credentialing Assistance (CA) Program is launching in the upgraded ArmyIgnitED portal on 25 October 2022! When launched, Soldiers will be able to request CA funding for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023. 3. U.S. ARMY RESERVE (USAR) PERMISSIVE PARACHUTE PROGRAM POLICY, 17 OCT 22. Permissive parachuting is an Army personnel program for experienced airborne-qualified Soldiers on active duty, members of the Selected Reserve, and Individual Ready Reserve, assigned to non-airborne duty positions.
