1. FY2023 BROADENING
OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM PANEL (MAY). From the US Army Broadening Opportunity
Manager, HRC: The next Broadening Opportunity Program Panel for FY23
will convene 09 -12 May 2023. The application deadline for the

disabled Veterans. During this episode, LTC Ismael Ortizrivera chats

MOVEMENT CYCLE. This 4-year program is intended to attract and invest
in creative and highly adaptive top-tier CPTs to manage and improve the
Army’s recruiting outreach. The program targets CPTs from all Active
Component Category (ACC) branches who have excelled in their Key
Developmental position and who would best represent the Army in the
Recruiting Force. While in this program, the selected captains will
command a high-priority Recruiting Company for 2 years, attend a
graduate program in a relevant discipline for up to 18 months, then
