5. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGES:

     a. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 22-26, GUIDANCE TO USAR PAY ADMINISTRATORS FOR PROCESSING PAY DURING BROWNOUT/CUTOVER (BOCO). Brownout began 10 November 2022; however, RLAS Personnel transactions went “offline” at 1600 on 8 November 2022; therefore, Soldier’s Personnel files are no longer being updated.  During brownout/cutover (BOCO), data within legacy HR systems will be merged and/or converted to IPPS-A and IPPS-A will become the single source system for all personnel data upon Go Live (expected late December 2022).
