1. LANGUAGE UPDATES IN
IPPS-A. From the HRC Enlisted Language Accession Manager: AHRC utilizes
an automated process to update the Integrated Personnel and Pay System -
Army (IPPS-A) for regular Army, Reserve and Guard personnel. This
automated process uploads Listening and Reading scores for Soldiers who
took a Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) and the speaking score
for Soldiers who took an oral proficiency interview (OPI). AHRC uploads
DLPT scores to the database within 72 hours. AHRC uploads OPI scores on a
monthly basis due to the complexity of the OPI reporting process.
Submission of an IPPS-A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) case is
the appropriate process for data resolution. Soldiers should allow time

a. IPPS-A ROUTING: BDE HHC TO SUBORDINATE BN (O5 APPROVALS). We're
trying to solve a routing problem in IPPS-A. For our BDE, our BDE HHC
has a MOA with our 5th BN on sending O-5 level actions/approvals to
their commander. The issue we're having in IPPS-A is that we cannot
route BDE HHC originated actions to this BN ROWSEC…. Has anyone found
an IPPS-A internal solution to this issue for their organization? Thank

b. TPU ETS UPDATE. Can someone guide me on how to Update TPU ETS
date with IPPS-A? I am a Career Counselor and I have noticed that some
of my Soldiers have their ETS date aligned to their MSO date moving them
out of their window of reenlistment due to IPPS-A. I have several unit
leaders HR admin that don't know how to make the changes back as they
