1. RESCISSION OF AUGUST 24,
2021 AND NOVEMBER 30, 2021 CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 VACCINATION
REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES, 10 JAN 23. Memo from the
Secretary of Defense: On December 23, 2022 the James M. Inhofe National
Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 was enacted.
Section 525 of the NDAA for FY 2023 requires me to rescind the mandate
that members of the Armed Forces be vaccinated against COVID-19, issued
in my August 24, 2021 memorandum, "Mandatory Coronavirus Disease 2019
Vaccination of Department of Defense Service Members." I hereby rescind
that memorandum. I also hereby rescind my November 30, 2021 memorandum,
"Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination for Members of the National Guard

2. FY23 AR TPU/IRR SFC NCO EVALUATION BOARD RESULTS. Attached at the
following link are the board results for the FY23 AR/TPU SFC NCO
Evaluation board. The attached list consists of all Soldiers who were
found Most Qualified (MQ) or Fully Qualified (FQ) by the evaluation
board. MQ Soldiers are identified accordingly. The 81st Readiness
Division will email evaluated NCOs their individual Order of Merit List

3. IPPS-A "A DAY IN THE LIFE" WEBINAR SERIES - TOPIC DRIVEN Q&A
SESSION – USING CRM AS AN HR AGENT, 18 JAN 2023. Attached is the CONOP
for the IPPS-A "A Day in the Life" Webinar Series on Topic Driven
Q&A Session – Using CRM as an HR Agent. The FMD Training Team will
be conducting two sessions on 18 JAN 23 at 1100 ET and 1900 ET. Session
will cover HR Agent expectations and best practices to using CRM.
Reiterate program guidance that CRM is not a replacement for workflow
approvals. Explain tools to make viewing cases and reassigning cases to

ARNG application of Noncommissioned Officer Temporary Promotions, and
applies to all ARNG Enlisted Soldiers, to include Active Guard and

TA Stoppers/Blockers will be activated/turned on in the upgraded
ArmyIgnitED system on 19 January 2023. What does this mean for you?
Soldiers who have not selected a method of recoupment for a pending
recoupment action for overdue missing grades, unacceptable grades, or
incomplete grades will not be able to request TA or credentialing

Sibert Award is an award program that gives recognition of excellence to

that does not fall under the traditional CBRN Company structure. The
award's objective is to instill pride and reinforce essential elements
of mission readiness, leadership, discipline and organizational

the administration of a confirmatory body fat percent assessment if a
Soldier’s body circumference does not meet the Army Body Composition
Program (ABCP) standards and clarifies AR 600-9 as the authoritative
regulation with regard to the options commanders will initiate when a
Soldier fails the body fat standards during the 12-month period
following removal from the ABCP. In addition, this message confirms the
authorization of DoD civilian personnel to conduct body fat assessments
