1. AIM 2 TALENT MARKETPLACE
TRAINING FOR 24-01 DISTRIBUTION CYCLE. Officer Personnel Management
Directorate, US Army Human Resources Command, will conduct training for
Active Component (AC) Units/Officers on operating in the 24-01 AIM2
Talent Marketplace using Microsoft Teams. Unit training will be
conducted 3, 4, and 5 April, and officer training will be conducted 28,
29, and 30 March. Also, units may request Assignment Interactive Module
2.0 (AIM2) training for their units, officers, and staff. Training
generally covers an overview of the distribution process and the
officer/unit Army Talent Alignment Process (ATAP) responsibilities in
AIM2. The AIM2 Integration Team is available for VTC/DCS Connect

2. GUIDANCE ON ENTERING WEAPON SCORES INTO DIGITAL TRAINING MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM (DTMS) - 13 JAN 2023. From HRC Enlisted Promotions: ATTENTION E4
and E5 Soldiers (AC and USAR AGR). If you notice you are not receiving
the expected number of promotions points for weapon qualifications on
your PPW, please check with your S-3 to ensure your specified weapon is
indicated as your primary weapon in DTMS. If your weapon is not
identified as your primary weapon, you will not receive promotion
points. See the attached information paper for steps to update DTMS if
weapon scores (thus correct promotion points) are not correctly
