1. (USAR) UNDER SECRETARY
OF THE ARMY APPROVED ETP FOR USARC TRAVEL. The Under Secretary of the
Army approved all unvaccinated USAR Soldiers to conduct official travel
for training. The Army Reserve currently has more than 6,000 Soldiers
who require an exception to policy (ETP) for travel in order to conduct

a. GAINS/LOSSES/ASSIGNMENTS/SLOTTING. Currently we have alot of
personnel in standard excess and we would like to slot those personnel
in a vacant position. I know with IPPSA now gains are linked to a
position down at the company level to position and paragraph line
number. My question is if I start slotting personnel what happens to
the Soldier that is on orders to a position. Will the Soldiers orders
get diverted to another installation? Does IPPSA automatically diverts

a. ALARACT 002/2023, ARMY GREEN SERVICE UNIFORM (AGSU) NAMEPLATE
ADDITION (CUI), DTG: R 261319Z JAN 23. (NOTE: This ALARACT is not new
policy, it is a reissuance of policy published in ALARACT 002/2023, due
to expiration of that ALARACT.) Soldiers are now authorized to wear the
prescribed nameplate on the AGSU. Nameplates are available for purchase
through various merchants. Mandatory possession date and issue at
central initial issue points will be 1 October 2023. Beginning 1 October
2023, the nameplate is required to be worn on the AGSU coat, the AGSU
short- and long – sleeved shirts, the Eisenhower Jacket, and the
