Army has a new Army e-Learning platform, Percipio.
This new platform takes the place of Skillport and will be available to you to begin completing your Army e-Learning courses as of 3 January 2023. Click the Start Learning link below to log in and create a new password. Please refrain from logging in until 3 January 2023.
You will be able to access Skillport for several more months to view your transcript and print certificates only. Skillport can be accessed at https://usarmy.skillport.com
Certificates for courses previously completed in Skillport will remain in ATRRS at https://www.atrrs.army.mil/selfdevctr .
