1. ARMY DISASTER PERSONNEL
ACCOUNTABILITY AND ASSESSMENT SYSTEM (ADPAAS) DPAPM/COR CERTIFICATION
MOBILE TRAINING TEAM (MTT). HQDA G-1 Personnel Contingency Cell (PCC)
has reinstituted an ADPAAS Mobile Training Team (MTT) in order to train
and certify Army Command Disaster Personnel Accountability Program
Managers (DPAPMs) and Command Officer Representatives (CORs). HQDA G-1
PCC is hosting 3-day training events at multiple CONUS/OCONUS locations.
As a result of the MTT starting back up we have reduced our ADPAAS
Virtual Training Classes (VTC) from monthly to quarterly starting in
March 2023. Attached at the following link are the updated the FY23

2. OPERATION ORDER 23-025 (UNITED STATES ARMY RESERVE (USARC) COVID-19
POST-MANDATE RESCISSION OPERATIONS), DTG: 042000Z APR 2023. This Order
Rescinds Operations Order 21-048 and establishes a new baseline for Army
Reserve Force Health Protection with respect to COVID-19. It includes
guidance regarding rescission of the servicemember vaccine mandate,
current DOD Force Health Protection Guidance, COVID Litigation Hold

3. UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM (UAS) OPERATOR CRITICAL SKILL INCENTIVE PAY
(CSIP). From the Aviation COE: The most recent CSIP Implementation Memo
was published on 3 February 2023, this revision explicitly states that
UAS Operators will request termination of CSIP authorized at the less
than 6-year rate upon serving 6 years as a 15W/15C. The UAS Operator may
then request authorization for CSIP Level 2 or 3 at the over 6-year
rate if the eligibility requirements stated in paragraphs 4b or 4c have

4. AG SCHOOL IPPS-A TRAINING (HOW TO VIDEOS).
a. HOW TO VIDEO FOR IPPS-A ADHOC OBIEE | BASIC DASHBOARDS. This
video provides a demonstration on how to create, edit, and share
dashboards. Dashboards provide customized views of external information
and can consist of multiple pages. Pages within a dashboard can consist
of Adhoc reports, action links, links to websites, views of folders,
dashboard prompts, and embedded content. This video also covers view

b. HOW TO VIDEO FOR IPPS-A ADHOC OBIEE | DASHBOARD PROMPTS. This
video provides a demonstration on how to create and use both inline
prompts and dashboard prompts. Prompts are simply filters which allow
end users to filter their data within a dashboard based on selected
criteria. Inline prompts are embedded in the analysis and are therefore
unique to that one report. Inline prompts force end users to apply
filters prior to receiving any data. Dashboard prompts can be added to
any dashboard or dashboard page which contains columns specific to the
