1.  This MILPER message expires upon publication of Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 guidance or NLT 1 May 2025.


2. This message announces eligibility, application instructions, administrative instructions, and points of contact for the FY 24 US Army Reserve (USAR) Additional Professional Development Education (APDE) Selection Panel scheduled 26-30 August 2024. The individual applicant’s responsible for ensuring that their military records are complete, updated, and accurate. Failure to do so may impact eligibility for any APDE courses offered for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025.
