MILPER Number: 24-157 Amendment to Approval Authority to award MSM, ARCOM and AAM to foreign military personnel

1.  This MILPER message will expire 29 April 2025.

2.  Purpose. To announce a change to the authority to award the MSM, ARCOM, and AAM to foreign military personnel assigned or attached to Army commands in the rank comparable to COL (O-6) and below.
