MILPER Number: 24-162 Establishment of Special Reporting Code (SRC) 09X (Service Disqualification for Failure to meet National Security Adjudicative Requirements) for the Regular Army (RA), U.S. Army Reserves Active Guard Reserves (AGR), and Individual Ready Reserves (IRR)

2.  Special Reporting Codes (SRC) have been established to identify personnel in applicable categories and will be used in personnel reporting documents to reflect Soldiers’ reporting classification. SRC 09X was established for use in place of a Primary MOS (PMOS) to report enlisted Soldiers who fail to obtain or maintain a favorable National Agency Check with Law and Credit (NACLC), now known as a tier 3 (Secret level) background investigation, as a condition for continued service.
