5. IPPS-A QUESTIONS.
a. IPPS-A PAR AWARD RELEASE ERROR NOTICE. I am receiving an error message when releasing a MSM to member. This prompted the system to send me an email with the error message but didn't provide an explanation on how to resolve the problem. “Error! Orders Framework expects the values: Jobcode/MOS to generate the Order.”
b. MEANING OF RES: RESTRICTED TOUR. I have a soldier whose STP is reflecting RES:1 under the experience section. I tried to find out but I couldn't find a source of information for this query.
c. UPDATE SOURCE MILITARY CLASS? Where/how can I update source of military class (i.e. an officer's source is ROTC). I have about half my unit coming up as a "blank" error in CSSM report. Thank you!

The 13th Annual AGCRA Scholarship Program is awarding six new $1,000 individual scholarships for 2024, and revalidating seven $1,000 scholarships from the 2023 Program. This message provides procedural guidance for the 4th QTR, Fiscal Year (FY)24 Voluntary Transfer Incentive Program (VTIP). Army Competitive Category (ACC) officers may submit a DA Form 4187 requesting Branch or Functional Area (FA) transfer from 3 May 2024 – 10 June 2024. This VTIP aligns with Army Talent Alignment Process (ATAP) 25-02 cycle. Officers forecasted to move in the ATAP 25-01 movement cycle are ineligible to apply unless they are moving to PME and their basic branch concurs with the move.

MILPER MESSAGE 24-170, TRANSITION FROM VOLUNTEER LOGICAL ACCESS CREDENTIAL (VOLAC) TO NON-CLASSIFIED INTERNET PROTOCOL ROUTER NETWORK (NIPRNET) ENTERPRISE ALTERNATE TOKEN SYSTEM (NEATS) CREDENTIAL FOR DOD VOLUNTEERS, ISSUED: [6 MAY 24]. This message announces changes to the directive for the issuance of Logical Access Credentials for all Department of Defense (DoD) Volunteers. Effective 21 March 2024, the DoD discontinued the issuance of the VoLAC credential issued at identification (ID) card facilities via the Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS). Authorized volunteers will now receive a NEATS tokens through the sponsoring Service’s Network Command (NETCOM). NETCOM will utilize the Alternate Token Issuance and Management System (ATIMS) for the issuance of NEATS tokens.
