MILER 24-281 United States Army 42T (Talent Acquisition Specialist) Enlisted Selection Panel Results July 2024

BLUF: The selected individuals in paragraph 4 participated in an attribute-based assessment at Fort Knox, KY, and were identified as best fit by a selection panel for the second cohort of 42T Talent Acquisition Specialists. The selects will attend the Recruiting and Retention College (RRC) Program of Instruction (POI) Development Course in July 2024, followed by Training with Industry (TWI) from August – December 2024. After completing training, TWI, and a train-the-trainer program at the Adjutant General (AG) School, these individuals will be awarded the Military Occupational Skill (MOS) 42T
