BLUF: In today's operating environment, readiness is the Army's top priority. For every opportunity, it means that a leader is temporarily unavailable to the operating or generating force. For this reason, the Signal Branch will prioritize developmental opportunities that provide an obvious and direct benefit, not just to the individual or the utilizing unit, but to the Army.
