bluf: The purpose of the Command Assessment Program (CAP) is to identify leaders for command and key billet positions on the FY26 Centralized Selection List (CSL). CAP includes the following programs: the Colonels Command Assessment Program (CCAP), the Battalion Commander Assessment Program (BCAP), the Acquisition Leader Assessment Program (ALAP), and the Medical Command Assessment Program (MCAP).
