MILPER 24-309 Update to Recruiting Duty Volunteer Assignment Incentive Pay (AIP) Program

bluf: Effective 31 October 2023, Soldiers who are not currently serving as a Department of the Army Selected Recruiter (DASR) or 79R, are eligible for Recruiting Duty Volunteer AIP provided they meet all the eligibility requirements outlined below.
