bluf: In accordance with references D and E, enlisted Soldiers attending the fiscal year 24 or later programs of the Army Software Factory (ASF) or the Army Artificial Intelligence-Cloud Technician (AAICT) will incur a 36-month service-remaining obligation upon graduation.
