BLUF: Purpose: This message solicits applications for the FY 2025 RA, MS, AOC 70B Direct Appointment Panel that will be convened at the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCOE), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas. Request command support and dissemination of this information to all RA enlisted CMF 68 series Soldiers seeking to become an RA MS officer classified into AOC 70B.
