BLUF: This message is to announce the implementation of personnel developmental skill identifiers (PDSI) for officer, warrant officer, and enlisted servicemembers certified in specific cyber work roles at the basic, senior, and master level. The intent is to track personnel certified to perform cyber work roles throughout the Army, regardless of MOS/AOC.
