5. IPPS-A QUESTIONS.
a. IPPS-A S1 POOL ADJUSTMENTS WHILE DEPLOYED. Is there a way to adjust already created S1 Pools to alter the routing for our deployed units, to make our S1 Pool an option to route to? Or is IPPSA not intended to be used in this way for deployed units (regarding the various PAR's in IPPSA)?
b. WORKAROUND FOR MASS UPDATE - AWARDS ERROR. When attempting to do a Mass Update for Awards, I am experiencing an error. I believe it may be a bug but if anyone has a work around please let me know.

It provides guidance and implementing instructions for an exception to policy (ETP) to the timelines for processing and approval of Voluntary Foreign Service Tour Extensions (FSTE) and Consecutive Overseas Tours (COT) for HRC-managed active component Soldiers serving in overseas locations other than Korea.
