3. IPPS-A ITEMS.
a. JOB AID-DEPARTURES AND ARRIVALS WITH INTRANSIT GRID. “I created this job aid to show how departures and arrivals are processed using the intransit grid. I have seen a lot of questions on S1 Net and the IPPS-A Facebook page asking about the intransit grid but no job aid to show it. Others have provided help to these questions on walking someone through it but I am a visual and hands on learner, so that is why I did this job aid.” Contributed by Mr. Matthew Brown.
4. IPPS-A QUESTIONS.
a. PERSONNEL NOT SHOWING UP ON DIFFERENT REPORTS. Is anyone aware of the issues of personnel not showing on different reports. If I pull a predefined query for my DMSL over 150 Soldiers don't populate but if I build a OBIEE query everyone shows. Same thing happens if we pull STPs, pulling by DMSL its missing Soldiers but if we pull by UIC its accurate.

b. MILPER MESSAGE 24-219, SCHOOL OF ADVANCED MILITARY STUDIES (SAMS) CALL FOR APPLICANTS FOR THE CLASS OF 2026 ADVANCED MILITARY STUDIES PROGRAM (AMSP), ISSUED: [5 JUNE 2024]. This message outlines the application and selection process for the Advanced Military Studies Program (AMSP) of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This application period is for AMSP25, which begins on 24 June 2025 and graduates on 22 May 2026.
c. MILPER MESSAGE 24-220, AMENDMENT TO REGULAR ARMY PRECISION RETENTION, ISSUED: [7 JUN 24]. The Secretary of the Army recently approved a significant change to the Army structure which will impact multiple Military Occupational Specialties (MOSs) over the next two fiscal years. Prior to reclassification, commanders are authorized to utilize personnel in accordance with AR 614-200. Although this will result in an MOS mismatch in reporting, it is understood during this transformation there will be an impact to unit status reporting (USR).
d. MILPER MESSAGE 24-221, RELEASE OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 (FY24), ACTIVE COMPONENT (AC), COLONEL (COL), CHAPLAIN CORPS (CH), PROMOTION SELECTION BOARDS (PSB), ISSUED: [7 JUN 24]. This message announces the release of the results for subject Promotion Selection Boards (PSB). The prepositioning release date for this board results will be between 0900-1300 EDT, 11 June 24. The official promotion list will be released at 0730 EDT, 13 June 24.
