While the production of PCS orders for those selected to attend Resident ILE may be slightly delayed, there is no anticipated delay in the actual movement. 1. (UPDATE) FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS - FEDERAL BENEFITS OPEN SEASON OUTREACH KIT. UPDATE! T32 AGRs will now be allowed to enroll in a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) starting in the 2024 Federal Benefits Open Season. Members of the Active Guard and Reserve (AGR) on Title 32 orders will be eligible for Flexible Spending Accounts starting in Federal Benefits Open Season 2024 (November 11 – Dec 12). Previously and in the first year of implementation, only AC and AGRs on Title 10 orders could participate. DCFSAs are optional benefits that allow Service members to set aside up to $5,000 in pre-tax earnings to pay for child and adult care.      a. FY24 LTG ELLIS D. PARKER AWARD. The United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) is soliciting nominations for the FY24 LTG Ellis D. Parker Award. The LTG Ellis D. Parker Award, a Department of the Army level award, recognizes excellence at the battalion level. The Parker Award is divided into four categories based on unit mission: Combat (C), Combat Support (CS), Combat Service Support (CSS), and Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA). One winner will be selected as the “Top Aviation Battalion” in each category.
