1. This MILPER Message will expire NLT 16 October 2025.

2. The Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA) approved the principal and alternate lists for the FY25 LTC SFAB CSL - Command Panel. The principal and alternate lists will be prepositioned on 08 October 2024.
