1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 30 Oct 24.

2. Policy:

a. A Selection board will convene on or about 10 Feb 25 to consider eligible Lieutenant Colonels on the Active Duty List (ADL) for promotion to COL. The board will recess on or about 14 Feb 25. Officers eligible for consideration have the following Active Duty Dates of Rank (ADOR):

  • Above Zone: 2 Feb 21 and earlier
  • In Zone: 3 Feb 21 thru 4 Feb 22
  • Below Zone: N/A
