MILPER 24-369 Amendment to MILPER 24-252, 1 Jul 24, Subject: Fiscal Year 2025, Major General, Army Competitive Category, Promotion Selection Board (FY25, MG, ACC, PSB), Zone of Consideration

1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 10 Sep 25.

2. Paragraph 3 is changed to read “The considered population for this board is based on the needs of the Army and includes all BGs in the ACC (Operations, Operations Support, Force Sustainment, and Information Dominance) serving on the Active Duty List (ADL) with a permanent Date of Rank (DOR) of 3 Jul 23 or earlier. The promotion zone includes those officers with permanent DOR from 4 Oct 22 thru 3 Jul 23. Those officers with a permanent DOR from 3 Oct 22 and earlier are “Above the Promotion Zone.” Officers Above the Promotion Zone will be afforded the same opportunity for selection as those officers “In the Promotion Zone.”
