2. This message announces the procedures for Active Army lieutenants to request transfer into the FA46 (Public Affairs) career field in FY25. The Army Public Affairs Center will conduct a Public Affairs transfer panel between 4-7 NOV 24, ICW Human Resources Command’s Talent Alignment and Development Directorate (TADD), to select lieutenants in Year Groups (YG) 2022 and 2023 for immediate transfer into FA46 (Public Affairs) IAW References D and E.
