MILPER 24-391 Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25), Active Component (AC), Lieutenant Colonel (LTC), Medical Corps (MC), and Dental Corps (DC), Promotion Selection Boards (PSB) Zones of Consideration

1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 23 Sep 25.

2. Policy:
a. Selection boards will convene on 4 Dec 24 to consider eligible MC and DC MAJs on the Active-Duty List (ADL) for promotion to LTC. The boards will recess on or about 12 Dec 24. Selective Continuation (SELCON) boards may convene at the conclusion of these boards to consider those officers two or more times non-selected for promotion as a result of these boards. Officers eligible for consideration have the following Active Duty Dates of Rank (ADOR):
