1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 26 Sep 25.

2. Policy:
a. Selection boards will convene on or about 27 Jan 25 to consider eligible Captains (CPT) on the Active Duty List (ADL) for promotion to MAJ. The boards will recess on or about 31 Jan 25. Officers eligible for promotion consideration have the following Active Duty Dates of Rank (ADOR):
