2. Policy.

a. Mandatory Department of the Army (DA) promotion selection boards will convene on or about 10 Feb 25 to consider eligible Chaplain Corps (CH) Captains (CPT) on the Reserve Active Status List (RASL) for promotion to Major (MAJ). The boards will recess on or about 13 Feb 25. Selective Continuation (SELCON) boards may convene at the conclusion of this PSB to consider those officers two or more times non-selected for promotion as a result of this board.
