MILPER MESSAGE 24-458, OFFICIAL RELEASE OF THE FY24 REGULAR ARMY (RA) SPECIAL BAND MUSICIAN (42S) PROMOTION SELECTION BOARD RESULTS, ISSUED: [13 NOV 24]

1. This message will expire 12 November 2025.

2. The FY24 Regular Army (RA) Special Band Musician (42S) Promotion Selection Board evaluated all eligible NCOs awarded MOS 42S (Special Band Musicians) for the purpose of creating an order of merit list (OML) that will be used to select Soldiers for promotion to SFC through SGM. An alphabetical listing of all NCOs selected for promotion by the board will be posted to the Human Resources Command (HRC) website for commanders, Soldiers, and human resource users to download on 15 November 2024. All NCOs selected for promotion will be annotated as such on the list.
