2. COMPLETING 1351-2 TDY TRAVEL VOUCHER. From DFAS-Rome:  This guide can be used to assist in the submission of active duty deployments, en route trainings, and site visits.  A DD Form 1351-2 is a common form that you're asked to submit after your TDY travel. This form, alongside your travel orders, tells DFAS how much to reimburse you for allowances, per diem, and expenses incurred while on travel.
