S1NET Message Summary - 9/5/2024

1. CMF 42 ENLISTED AND OFFICER CRITICAL TASK SITE SELECTION BOARD (CTSSB) SURVEY. **Calling all 42As, 42Bs, and 42Hs and their supervisors!!** The Adjutant General School requests your immediate assistance in completing a field survey asking questions about critical duty related tasks for Army HR professionals at the officer and enlisted ranks.  Over the past few years, IPPS-A, Data Analytics, and Force Design updates have significantly impacted how we conduct our core competencies.  While the AG School has worked diligently to scope training in response to these transformative efforts, your input is equally important.  This survey is an essential part of the CTSSB process that is convening at the Adjutant General School from 23-27 Sep 24. Please take the time to complete the survey and assist the school as we develop the right curriculum to train the right tasks needed to support the operational Army into the future. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.  Survey responses are required NLT 18 Sep 24. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-1338162

2. REQUEST FOR ARMY AEROMEDICAL ELECTRONIC RESOURCE OFFICE (AERO) USERS TO UPDATE THEIR AERO CONTACT INFORMATION. From OTSG: The AERO System IS CRITICAL to optimizing Total Army Aviation Readiness thru flight physical and waiver processing. A recent review revealed ~6,000 users who have NOT updated their email addresses from the "mail.mil" address, degrading communication with Army Aeromedical providers on the status of their submissions. To correct this, please go to the "Tools" Section on your AERO Homepage to update this information (detailed instructions provided at the following link). Failure to update your contact information may have negative impacts in accessibility and/or ability to submit flight physicals in the AERO System. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-1337973

3. COMMAND POST SURVIVABILITY. From CALL:  Readers will find this handbook to have solid observations from the field, along with doctrinal principles to provide helpful tools and techniques that units can implement now to increase CP survivability. Options are provided for CP personnel, networks, and the physical CPs that mitigate the risk to adversarial sensing and attack. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/message/1073146

4. USAR TPU PROMOTION ASSIGNMENT MATCHING (PAM) OR "SLOTTING REPORT," DISCREPANCIES. From the USARC G-1:  Just a reminder that if you are/were Red for any discrepancies on the Promotion Assignment Matching (PAM) or "slotting report," then you need to inform your Readiness Division (RD) once those discrepancies are fixed. This includes if you are Red on the report for ETS (needing to extend/reenlist). The RD does not know that you reenlisted xx days after the report. If the discrepancy is corrected prior to PAM execution, then the Soldier is added back to the PAM dashboard. If after, the RD has to manual promote/reassign. Ensure you are also meeting the annotated suspense. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/message/1073271
