MILPER 24-487 Title Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25), Active Component (AC), Lieutenant Colonel (LTC), Chaplain Corps (CH), Promotion Selection Boards (PSB) Zones of Consideration

1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 6 Dec 25.

2. Policy:

a. Selection boards will convene on 17 Mar 25 to consider eligible MAJ CH on the Active-Duty List (ADL) for promotion to LTC. The boards will recess on or about 21 Mar 25. Selective Continuation (SELCON) boards may convene at the conclusion of these boards to consider those officers two or more times non-selected for promotion as a result of these boards. Officers eligible for consideration have the following Active Duty Dates of Rank (ADOR):
