1. DEFENDER 2025 DEPLOYED THEATER PERSONNEL ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEM (DTAS) TRAINING. From 1st TPOC, USAREUR-AF:  Bi-weekly (Tuesday and Thursday) Defender 2025 DTAS training is available starting 4 March 2025 at 1600 CET on MS Teams. Participating unit G-1/S-1s will submit completed DTAS NIPR request forms to the PASD, 1TPOC NLT 45 days prior to arrival in USAREUR-AF AoR. At a minimum, one primary and two alternates per section require training and access to their unit’s DTAS UIC hierarchy. 2. HRC JUNIOR ENLISTED PROMOTIONS INFO PAPER - DEMOTION FOR ERRONEOUS PROMOTION - FALL OFF PRR - ADD BACK ON PRR - 09 DEC 2024. This info paper provides guidance to Soldiers and HR Professionals on the remedy in the event the Soldier does not appear on the PRR after being demoted in grade after an erroneous promotion.  Soldiers who were erroneously promoted as a result of inflated promotion points for their RESIDENT military education during the months of SEP, OCT, and NOV 2024, were subsequently demoted via IPPS-A Code OER by their LTC or higher authority.  After demotion was executed, the Soldier does not reappear on the PRR. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-1350918
