2. TUITION ASSISTANCE (TA) AND CREDENTIALING ASSISTANCE (CA) POLICY UPDATES EFFECTIVE 11 DECEMBER 2024. From ACCESS, Army University: ALARACT 099-2024 contains Important Policy Changes Regarding TA and CA. Important policy changes to TA include:  The Fiscal Year (FY) annual cap has increased from $4,000 to $4,500. This is still a shared cap between Tuition and Credentialing Assistance programs.
