MILPER 25-032 Scheduling Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) 35M and 35P Soldiers for Language Training in Conjunction with Advanced Leader Course (ALC)

BLUF: Selection for Intermediate or Advanced Language Training. Starting in Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26), the Human Resources Command (HRC) will select 35M and 35P Soldiers for intermediate or advanced language training in conjunction with the Advanced Leader Course (ALC) based on their ranking on the Order of Merit List (OML). Total length of training is 26 weeks (20 weeks for language training and 6 weeks for ALC). The training is a permanent change of station (PCS) length course, and upon completion, Soldiers will PCS according to Army readiness needs.
