2. TRANSITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TAP) TOWNHALL, 30 JAN 25. The US Army Human Resources Command’s Transition Division will conduct their inaugural Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Townhall on 30 January 2025 from 1300-1400 (Eastern) on Teams. The purpose of TAP Townhalls is to educate the field on pertinent transition topics and how command teams and units can best support transitioning Soldiers. The first Townhall’s presentation will be a “TAP 101” briefing.
