ALARACT 009/2025, CULTURAL AWARENESS GUIDANCE, DTG: R04024Z FEB 25

This message announces that, in compliance with references 1.a. and 1.b. this message, the Department of the Army will not use official resources, to include manhours, for cultural observances or awareness events. Soldiers and civilians remain permitted to attend these events in an unofficial capacity outside duty hours. The Army will continue to provide and publish additional guidance as it becomes available.
