BLUF: The selected individuals identified in paragraph 3 have successfully completed an attribute-based assessment and subsequent selection panel and are deemed to be the best fit for 42T Talent Acquisition Specialist. Those selected will be scheduled to attend the 42T MOS Transition Course during FY25 or FY26, dependent upon United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) priorities and training seat availability.
